I'm in the process of converting vb6 app to vb.net

I'm trying to send hex string from .net app to mainframe. But I'm getting "Size of data to send is zero."

Original string: 00000000007D5CF8115CF1C3C9C3E2D7E3C1FFEF

Hex string: 0000000000&H7D&H5C&HF8&H11&H5C&HF1&HC3&HC9&HC3&HE2&HD7&HE3&HC1&HFF&HEF

SendFailReason: Invalid parameters were passed to the receive method call.
