Hi,

We are developing a Application with only one Developer. But the Application will be deployed to more than 10,000 end-users. Please suggest me a proper License Type

You need a license for each developer (only one in your case). There is no fee for deploying your program. See http://www.chilkatsoft.com/licensingExplained.asp
