Question:
If I send a spam e-mail to a spam protection system I should get a status code 550, but the mailman.LastSmtpStatus is 0.

Sorry about that. The error you had causes the connection to the SMTP server to be closed, and in closing the connection the LastSmtpStatus was reset. It should be fixed now, and I re-uploaded to the same URL.
This new build should fix the problem with the LastSmtpStatus being incorrectly set to 0.
Unfortunately, the LastSmtpStatus is still 0. LastErrorText:
