if i use the speed limitation (ftp.BandwidthThrottleUp) it works only if i set it while i am not uploading. if i set it while uploading it will be used only on the next file. is there a way to set this property while uploading?

in my case i have set the value too low.. so i decided to set it higher, but nothing happened till the file finished (15 minutes because of the low speed) and then when it finished the next file went with the new speed i have set.....

thanks
