Hi,

I downloaded the chilkat-9.4.1-bcc-xe4.zip and run the example provided by the page: http://www.example-code.com/vcpp/upload_simpleExample.asp

and I got the following ErrorText:

ChilkatLog:
  BlockingUpload:
    DllDate: Aug  5 2013
    ChilkatVersion: 9.4.1.34
    UnlockPrefix: NONE
    Username: HPWIN7:Administrator
    Architecture: Little Endian; 32-bit
    Language: C++ Builder XE4 WIN32
    VerboseLogging: 0
    Connecting to HTTP server
    domain: localhost
    port: 80
    Non-SSL connection
    ConnectLog: ChilkatLog:
  Connect_Socket:
    DllDate: Aug  5 2013
    ChilkatVersion: 9.4.1.34
    UnlockPrefix: NONE

    Language: C++ Builder XE4 WIN32
    VerboseLogging: 0
    objectId: 1
    Product is not unlocked. Make sure to call UnlockComponent first.
  --Connect_Socket
--ChilkatLog

    Failed to connect to remote host:port
    hostname: localhost
    port: 80
    timeoutMs: 30000
  --BlockingUpload
--ChilkatLog

It seems the product should be UNLOCKED, but the website says that CkUpload is a freeware, and it has not the UnlockComponent function. What's wrong with it?

This was an oversight. I'll upload a new build with the fix later today and will post the download URL.

This new build should solve the problem: http://www.chilkatsoft.com/preRelease/chilkat-9.4.1-bcc-xe4.zip
