We are not able to download 30MB file. Failed in between while downloading within 5seconds. Can anyone understand the issue and let us know how to solve the issue?

Test with this v9.5.0.49 pre-release, and post the LastErrorText if you can. :)

If you have a server w/ test account I can use to test and reproduce the problem, please let me know via private email (support@chilkatsoft.com)

This is an internal server running with IPSwitch WS_SFTP Server which is not accessible from external network . A trial version can be download from this link http://www.ipswitchft.com/app/download/ws-ftp-server/evaluation.aspx

To add on, this error only happens occasionally.

Thanks
