I can invite you to the List command a nice list in a text file. HOW TO do that with FTP2?

Here is my source:

Dim bResult Dim hFile As Long Dim sReadBuffer As String * 64096 Dim lNumberOfBytesRead As Long On Error Resume Next

'bResult = FtpCommand(rfConnection.hConnection, 1, &H1, "LIST -aL ", 0, hFile) 'sReadBuffer = String(64096, 0) 'bResult = InternetReadFile(hFile, sReadBuffer, Len(sReadBuffer), lNumberOfBytesRead) 'InternetCloseHandle hFile 'sReadBuffer = Left$(sReadBuffer, lNumberOfBytesRead) 'SplitFTP sReadBuffer

Here's a new ActiveX build with the new functionality:

http://www.chilkatsoft.com/download/preRelease/ChilkatAx-9.5.0-win32.zip

There is a new AllowMlsd property, and two new methods: GetPermType and GetPermissions. The online reference documentation is updated here: http://www.chilkatsoft.com/refdoc/xChilkatFtp2Ref.html

Also, there is an example here: http://www.example-code.com/vb6/ftp_filePermissions.asp
