What is the difference with NTLM and Login in HttpProxyAuthMethod? When do I have what use?
If the "Login" HTTP Proxy(Connect) with necessary? When should I put NTLM?

This was a good question. I must've had SMTP authentication methods in mind when writing the documentation because "LOGIN" would be a typical SMTP auth method. It should be "Basic" instead of "LOGIN". I'll update the online refdocs.
HTTP authentication methods, including proxy auth methods, can be "basic", "ntlm", "digest", etc.
I believe you can set the proxy auth to any of these three. You don't actually need to set it, because the proxy server will respond with a 407 status code indicating what auth methods it supports, an Chilkat re-send with a valid auth method (internal to the Chilkat method call).
