What's the error (full results of the LastErrorText property after GetFullEmail fails)?

If you search google for "yahoo inactivity timeout", you'll get lots of results (unrelated to Chilkat), so I think it is a common problem with Yahoo's POP mail service.

Does the mailbox have a lot of messages?

Many thanks jpbro,

Then with Outlook or similar mail software people have the same problem too.

I have 500 messages in yahoo. But in Hotmail with 30.000 messages work fine.

using IMAP instead POP3, could i solve this inactivity timeout problem?

IMAP might work. I think it's worth a try since I saw some recommendations to use IMAP instead of POP3 in other forums where people were reporting the same problem with Yahoo.

Perhaps periodically calling Pop3Noop may help: http://www.chilkatsoft.com/refdoc/vcCkMailManDoc.html#method51
