Hi,

the following code produces incorrect output:

    CkString sample1;
    CkString sample2;
    CkString output;

    sample1.appendU(L"test");
    sample2.appendU(L"success");

    output.appendStr(sample1);
    output.appendStr(sample2);

    printf("%s\n", output.getAnsi());

result: "test"

instead of "testsuccess"

Affected version: 9.5.0.51

Thanks. I'll fix it right away. Version 9.5.0.54 is due out this week, so it will be in that version. (version 9.5.0.53 was a partial release -- not released for every programming language / operating system combination)

I found and fixed the problem. This will be in the new release coming out in the next 2-7 days. (It takes time to push out the new builds across all operating systems, programming languages, etc.) Right now, Chilkat is finishing QA testing for the release..
