When support for iOS 6 & the iPhone 5 will be added?

Sep 21 '12 at 13:21

Just checking in to see if there is any ideas on when support for iOS 6 & the iPhone 5 will be added. I just noticed that when attempting to compile, I received the following error:

Undefined symbols for architecture armv7:

"_res_9_query", referenced from:
ChilkatResolve::mxLookup(char const, ScoredStrings&, LogBase&, bool) in libchilkatIos.a(ChilkatResolve.o) ChilkatResolve::bestMxLookup(char const, StringBuffer&, LogBase&, bool) in libchilkatIos.a(ChilkatResolve.o)

ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture armv7

Answer

The iOS6 builds are already available. A simple way of finding this information is to

1) Go to chilkatsoft.com
2) Click on the "Downloads" link
3) Click on the "Download Chilkat IOS (IPhone) Objective-C Libraries" link 4) You'll see the download link for iOS6...

Regarding _res_9_query, see this: http://www.chilkatforum.com/questions/602/how-to-link-with-lresolv-in-xcode
